Free Initial Consultation

A no-obligation meeting to get to know each other and determine if we’re a good fit to work together.

Prenatal Support

  • Two Prenatal Visits to discuss your birth priorities, develop a birth plan, practice labor positions, breathing techniques, and explore labor coping strategies.

  • Breastfeeding education to help you prepare for your nursing journey.

  • Ongoing text, phone, and email support to answer your questions and guide you through decisions throughout pregnancy.

  • Lending Library access with books available for one-month loans.

Labor and Birth Support

  • 24/7 On-Call Availability from 37 weeks until your baby’s birth.

  • Continuous Labor & Birth Support from active labor until 2-3 hours postpartum.

  • Breastfeeding Assistance immediately after birth.

  • Birth Photography if requested to capture your unique birth experience.

Postpartum Support

  • One Postpartum Visit to provide support, answer newborn questions, assist with breastfeeding, and process your birth experience.

  • Extended Phone and Text Support up to six weeks postpartum

    Recommended for first-time moms or those who know they’ll need extra guidance. This package extends both prenatal and postpartum support, giving you more time to prepare and adjust with confidence.

    You are due any day and you realize you really want a doula to support you during the birth of your baby as you have only just found out what a difference that support can make.. Contact me and if I am free I will be there for you.

    Home birth discount for Ave Maria based home births, because home births are the best!

  • $50/hr

    Need support outside of a full package? Book a session for birth preparation, birth processing, postpartum doula or breastfeeding support as needed.

  • Can’t meet in person? I offer remote doula services to guide you through pregnancy, labor, and postpartum from anywhere.

  • I believe every woman deserves a supported birth, regardless of financial circumstances. Please contact me if you want my support but can’t afford the listed prices, and we will talk about options.
